After our initial website was created five or six years ago, we received comments and recommendations that indicated that we needed to redesign it. During the past four years we have made two other attempts at redesigning the website, with only frustration and no changes as a finished product. This year we were put in contact with Alicia Carlson.

She not only gave us a sample of how she would approach our redesign, but also a questionnaire to fill out requesting information that would help her to implement our wishes. We then agreed to the cost, time line, and a low deposit to start. Now, with minimum effort on our part, we have a great website that is already receiving favorable comments. She handled all of the technical aspects efficiently and correctly. Alicia gave us the type of service we expected to get three previous times and had to wait for "the fourth time is the charm" to experience a true web design craftsperson.
